We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Representative to join our team. This remote position is based in India and focuses on the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients across different cultures and time zones.

Your Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the USA market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with USA-based clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members from different departments (e.g., product development, marketing) to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
  • Provide detailed reports of sales results, including completed deals, pipeline, and future forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Attend international sales events, conferences, and webinars as necessary to network and develop industry expertise.
  • Manage sales pipeline and administer all processes and systems in compliance with company’s policies.

What You Will Bring To The Team

  • Proven experience as a sales representative with a successful track record in software sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage sales with a significant time zone difference.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or relevant field.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate USA time zones.
