We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Representative to join our team. This remote position is based in India and focuses on the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients across different cultures and time zones.
Your Role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the USA market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with USA-based clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members from different departments (e.g., product development, marketing) to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Provide detailed reports of sales results, including completed deals, pipeline, and future forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Attend international sales events, conferences, and webinars as necessary to network and develop industry expertise.
- Manage sales pipeline and administer all processes and systems in compliance with company’s policies.
